Claire was absolutely amazing, she was so warm and had a caring approach. I broke down and told her I’m emotional due to personal circs, she was so understanding. Staff like her make an absolute difference to your day.

I came for support following a sexual asault. I asked for a safe, private place to talk and Sammy offered me this. She was incredibly easy to talk to, kind, empathetic and factual. She made my experience very easy and signposted me to services for help as well as helping me with a support plan. All staff were friendly and welcoming and made the experience so much easier than i thought it would have been. Thank you Sammy, you are amazing at what you do and I am so grateful that you put me so much at ease.

The staff at brook are brilliant. They are very professional and genuinely lovely people. They make you feel totally relaxed and they are extremely supportive.

Twice now I have been kept waiting for over 30 minutes past my appointment time so something about appointments could be done better but other than that nothing to improve

i was super anxious to come in and about getting my implant taken out, but Margaret who took out and inserted a new implant was wonderful. i was scared, but was reassured and she explained about doing an exchange, taking the old one out and a new one in only if i wanted it, with no pressure. she explained everything i needed to know, and calmed my nerves. anything that was tough to talk about was listened to compassionately.

The ladies made me feel completely at ease; they explained everything clearly and I felt entirely supported. Nice to be seen by genuine, empathetic and highly informative people for once (compared to GP practices and hospitals). I cannot recommend this place enough.

The telephone line didn’t seem to be set up right, I was initially on hold for a very long time but if I clicked a different option I was put through straight away.
